Dating apps ask you to prove nothing. That is fine until you are a veteran being asked, again, to explain your background to someone who may not be who they say they are — or until you are the one wondering whether the person claiming to have served actually did.
Every member is identity-checked. Veterans and service members can verify their service two ways: instantly with a .mil email address, or by uploading a DD214, which is encrypted, reviewed by a person within 48 hours, and then permanently deleted. Verified members carry a Verified Veteran badge that is not self-declared.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them, which matters to members who are still serving and thinking about OPSEC. Read the security and privacy explainer for exactly what is stored and what is not.
Veterans, active-duty service members, and civilians who genuinely honor that service. Not a mass-market swipe app. If you are looking for casual volume dating, there are better places for you and we would rather say so here than waste your time.
We are in open website beta. Beta testers get full VIP access free, and we activate access in batches so there are real people to talk to rather than an empty room. Native Android and iOS apps are in development.

I am a U.S. Army Veteran who served from 2001 to 2005, including during Operation Iraqi Freedom. My time in service taught me the value of loyalty, discipline, trust, brotherhood, sisterhood, and commitment. Those values do not end when the uniform comes off. They follow us into our lives, our families, our friendships, and the relationships we hope to build.
I created Devotion After Victory because I saw a real problem with today’s dating platforms. Too many people are dealing with fake profiles, catfishing, scams, shallow conversations, and dating experiences that feel unsafe or disconnected from real values. After hearing feedback from others and seeing how generic these platforms had become, I knew veterans deserved something different.
But Devotion After Victory is more than a dating platform. It is also a place for veterans to reconnect with old battle buddies, rebuild bonds, and meet face to face even when they are miles apart. The lounges were created for that purpose. They give veterans a space to talk, share experiences, exchange helpful information, and support one another with knowledge that someone else may not know.
Devotion After Victory was built for people who understand commitment. It is a veteran-focused relationship and community platform designed around authenticity, verification, privacy, respect, meaningful connection, and continued service to one another.
This is not just another dating app. It is a community for those who have lived with purpose, carried responsibility, and still believe that connection should be built with honor.
