Anti-Human Trafficking Statement

1. Our Commitment

Devotion After Victory (the "Platform," "we," "our," or "us") is a community built on dignity, respect, and the values of service. We are unequivocally committed to protecting our members and the public from human trafficking and every form of exploitation. This policy applies to all members, visitors, employees, contractors, and partners of the Platform.

2. Zero Tolerance

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and exploitation in any form. The following conduct is absolutely prohibited on or through the Platform:

• Human trafficking, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking
• The commercial sexual exploitation of any person
• Forced labor, indentured servitude, debt bondage, or slavery of any kind
• The coercion, deception, fraud, threat, or abuse of power used to exploit any person
• The recruitment, harboring, transportation, or solicitation of any person for the purpose of exploitation
• Any involvement of minors — the Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over, and any content or conduct involving a minor is reported immediately
• Any other activity that violates applicable anti-trafficking laws

3. Prevention & Detection

We work to prevent exploitation before it can occur. Our safeguards include age and identity verification, automated and human content moderation, monitoring for suspicious patterns of behavior, and member reporting tools available throughout the Platform. Members who attempt to circumvent these safeguards are subject to the enforcement actions described below.

4. Reporting a Concern

If you witness or suspect human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion — on our Platform or anywhere else — please report it. You can report activity on the Platform using the Report function available on profiles and messages, or by contacting us directly at support@devotionaftervictory.com. Reports may be made confidentially.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. You may also contact the resources below at any time.

5. Investigation & Enforcement

Every credible report is reviewed by our team. Where a violation is suspected, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, and preserving relevant records. A permanent ban for such conduct results in the immediate forfeiture of any and all membership fees paid, with no right to refund.

6. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

We will report suspected human trafficking, exploitation, or related illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with lawful investigations and will preserve and disclose account information and content as required by law or as necessary to protect the safety of our members and the public.

7. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Statement.
